Modern Reports

While there are industry standards for what we inspect, each company decides how to present their findings. Handwritten checklist reports with no photos are still common, and that's fine if it meets your needs. However most clients prefer photos driven narratives in a modern report they can easily read on their phone. Your report is delivered on the most modern platform available.

How much does it cost?

Single family home inspections start at $550 and adjust by square footage. You can find a cheaper inspector, but you will not find a better value.
